Travel Physical Therapist Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and deliver individualized Physical Therapy treatment programs

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team

• Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility strategies, and rehabilitation goals

• Maintain accurate patient documentation and progress notes

• Apply therapeutic modalities and interventions safely

Requirements for the Physical Therapist Position

• Active New York Physical Therapist license or eligibility
