Title: FT Data Center/Manufacturing Warehouse Logistic L3 Location: New Albany, OH.
(Onsite daily) We have 2 unique positions in which the Logistics L3 is responsible for the execution of material logistics in a data center/manufacturing warehouse environment.
This includes shipping/receiving, storage, distribution, and cycle counting of data center material.
Preferred Skills HS Diploma or GED Bachelor's degree or Logistics-related certification(s) Experience in Manufacturing warehouse, inventory, or related field Experience in a supervisory or leadership role Proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel) Excellent customer service and relationship management skills Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and client service management Excellent written and oral communication skills Versatile, flexible, and willing to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm Work independently and as a member of various teams and committees Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions Understand all safety requirements and cautions Able to safely lift and move a minimum of fifty (50) pounds and can stand the duration of the shift Physical Demands May require up to 25% travel May require extended periods on your feet May require miles of walking per day throughout the Warehouse and/or Data Center May require driving a personal vehicle between Warehouse and/or Data Center buildings: excluding the transport of inventory and/or materials Daily Expectations: Demonstrate leadership or point of contact during shift assignments Participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities of the organization Oversee and supervise 3-4 hourly logistics personnel for assigned operations Direct and review work plan for assigned staff within assigned area Conduct a review of team members' Support of DC operations including but not limited to receiving, storing, and shipping materials Maintain strict inventory control Ensure accurate and timely shipments and receipts receiving Maintain accurate records and metrics, audit as necessary Assist in monthly and/or annual physical inventories; provide inventory reports Identify, document, and implement opportunities for continuous improvement Keep a strong working knowledge of all operating systems in the work area Participate in order planning for the facilities team Manage tasks and vendor inventory orders Participate in inventory audits Receipt Management Support OFCI (Construction' Bulk Inventory) Coordinate with 3-way match receiving and assist with bulk and asset receiving when necessary
