Element has a opportunity for a Project Manager/Hybrid working who will work across multiple sites and in close collaboration with general management, operational management, laboratory staff, technical specialists, sales and commercial functions, this role will provide overarching project management leadership.
Responsibilities
Updates on project progress, technical, commercial and financial issues as appropriate
Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget and to clients satisfaction
Conduct technical, commercial and financial contract reviews
Chair project launch meetings as appropriate
Establish effective project communication plans and protocols
Production of detailed project plans to enable monitoring and tracking during the project life cycle
Establish, manage and maintain good and effective working relationships with team members, clients, vendors, third parties and stakeholders
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Perform risk management to minimise risk to the project
Measure and analyse project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impact to schedule and budget
Identify and leverage new opportunities during the project life cycle
Conduct ‘post project’ evaluation and analysis and feedback to stakeholders as appropriate
Effectively manage stakeholder expectations
Developing and mentoring of team members as required
Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
Analyse, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
Skills / Qualifications
Minimum 5 years managing projects within an engineering or TIC based organisation
Experience delivering change and multi-disciplinary projects
Creation of operational project plans
Excellent stakeholder management

Continuous Improvement and Change Management
Understanding and knowledge of the requirements of the UKAS for testing laboratories
Knowledge of relevant Health and Safety systems and environmental regulations

Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program management;
Strong leadership and management skills;
