Bring Great Coffee to Every Stop
As a Beverage Route Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Farmer Brothers on the road—keeping customer beverage stations stocked, clean, and performing perfectly, while growing accounts through outstanding service and smart selling.
A Day in the Life
Start your morning with a set route and a clear plan. You’ll load up coffee, tea, and related products; drive to scheduled accounts; replenish, rotate, and tidy the beverage station; perform at least one CQC (Cup Quality Check) to ensure quality; and check that equipment is clean and functioning. Throughout the day, you’ll manage invoices, inventory, and collections; surface any customer issues to the ASM (Area Sales Manager); and look for opportunities to increase revenue per stop by filling distribution gaps, executing seasonal/LTO promotions, and ensuring pricing actions are in place. When not on a set route, you’ll provide route relief and assist with warehouse tasks and inventory counts.
