We are currently hiring a Food Service Supervisor for a reputable restaurant located in Alberta. This is a great opportunity for individuals already in Canada on an open work permit such as Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP), Spousal Open Work Permit (SOWP), or Bridging Open Work Permit (BOWP) who are looking to transition into long-term employment with LMIA support and a pathway to Permanent Residency (PR).

Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant operations and lead team members during shifts
Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
Train and mentor new and existing staff on food service procedures
Assist with scheduling to ensure full shift coverage
Enforce food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and reducing waste
Handle cash and sales transactions when required
Work Schedule
8-hour shifts
Morning, afternoon, or evening availability
Monday to Friday with weekend shifts as required
Who Should Apply
Open Work Permit Holders in Canada
Candidates on PGWP, SOWP, or BOWP are highly encouraged to apply
Minimum 6 months of experience in a restaurant supervisory role
Located in Alberta or willing to relocate
Overseas Candidates
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Food Service Supervisor
Fluent in English (Francophone applicants welcome)
Eligible for PNP or LMIA sponsorship
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
CLB 6 or higher in English
Leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant operations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
