Located 45 minutes NE of Rockford, IL

Must be Board-Certified PMHNP

Seeking candidates with over 1 year of PMHNP experience

Full-time 30-40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

On-call - Limited, emergencies

No inpatient duties

Duties include evaluations, diagnosis, medicine management, follow-ups, etc.
