LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, self-starter LPN for our Bolivar Location! In this role you will be responsible for the medical oversight and care for all service recipients at our Bolivar locations.

Responsibilities:

Medication Oversight and Auditing

Medical Appointment Transportation and Coordination

Ensuring that all PCP orders are followed

Updating Treatment Plans with weekly progress notes

Day to Day Management of facility

Supervision and Coaching of Employees

Oversight of Service recipient interactions with family and community

Provide timely and appropriate feedback and response to upper management

Requirements:

Licensed nurse in Tennessee

Pass a drug screen and background check

MSHN Enterprises provides supervised group home settings for individuals struggling with severe and persistent mental illness. We provide therapeutic psycho-social rehabilitation groups, community outings, medication management, as well as individual therapy.

MSHN also offers enhanced and medically fragile housing services in Tennessee for those individuals who also have more complex behavioral issues and/or medical issues in addition to mental illness. These services include treatment and nursing and/or physician professionals.
