Salary Range: $44,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints for equipment repair and installation.

Install, commission, and relocate new and existing production machinery and support systems.

Maintain accurate maintenance records of repairs, parts used, and service performed.

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations (e.g., LOTO, confined space) during maintenance activities.

Identify and implement improvements to equipment reliability, efficiency, and safety.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.

Strong understanding of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and automation systems.

Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) for troubleshooting and minor programming.

Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, stick).

Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

HVAC/refrigeration certification or experience.
