Opportunity Highlights

Schedule: Monday Thursday, 7:30 am 5:30 pm

Job Setting: Outpatient clinic, 14-16 patients per day

Types of Cases: Chronic care management such as diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders, etc.

Credentialing: 30 90 daysMinimum Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine

Certifications: DEA Schedule II, BLS, ACLS

Licensure: Active California license required
