Full Stack Developer

Position: Full Stack Developer experienced with PHP, MySQL in St. George, UT

$85,000-$100,000/year+

Job Summary: In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and updating existing software, developing new features, and maintaining our web applications and servers. Potential for profit sharing and/or ownership in company long term. Starting at $80-100k/year w/ potential for profit sharing or stock ownership. Responsibilities:

Develop and expand real estate related software and web based products and services

Manage and update servers & data

Review project requirements and write technical specifications

Debug, test, and fix errors

Document code development and revisions

Create and use software tools to help automate writing code

Some help with customer service and phone support when needed

Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through testing and debugging

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development practices

Some help with customer service and phone support when needed

Work closely with owner to ensure good documentation of code and programming procedures to follow existing structure and implement new ideas

Qualifications:

Knowledge of PHP: MySQL, and Javascript is required. (jQuery and API's)

Must have previous experience in programming and software development

Server admin. and experience with FreeBSD preferred

Experience with third party API's (Sendgrid, Tucows, Auth.net) helpful

Java, Python, or other programming languages is a bonus

Mobile app experience is also a plus

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to communicate, analyze, and follow company directions
