Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and industrial robots.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with automated machinery and control systems.
Optimize existing automation systems to improve production efficiency, quality, and safety.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and integrate new automation technologies.
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for automation projects.
Conduct FAT/SAT testing and provide operational training for new automation deployments.
Recommended Qualifications
Strong proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell) and HMI/SCADA development.
Demonstrated experience with industrial robotics, machine vision systems, or motion control.
Solid understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet) and data acquisition.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex automation systems, conduct root cause analysis, and implement process improvements.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely related field.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with industrial robotics (e.g., Fanuc, ABB, KUKA, Universal Robots).
Proficiency in machine vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence) for inspection and guidance.
