Salary Range: $116,000 - $165,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.

Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes, equipment, and product designs to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, R&D, and supply chain teams to integrate engineering solutions.

Develop and implement engineering strategies and technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

Ensure all engineering designs, processes, and equipment comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.

Manage departmental resources, including budget allocation, equipment, and software, to optimize engineering capabilities.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience in leading and developing engineering teams within a manufacturing environment.

Strong technical background in relevant engineering disciplines (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) with direct manufacturing process experience.

Demonstrated expertise in project management, including budget, scope, and timeline oversight for engineering initiatives.

Experience implementing and optimizing lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and quality systems.

Ability to analyze complex technical problems, develop innovative solutions, and drive their implementation to improve operational efficiency and product quality.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.

Familiarity with ERP, MES, or PLM systems.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or an MBA.

Proven experience in implementing or managing automation and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
