Salary Range: $87,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Lead, train, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.

Manage the maintenance budget, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.

Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Oversee the troubleshooting and repair of complex manufacturing equipment and systems.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and uptime.

Collaborate with production and engineering departments to support new equipment installations and process optimization.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience managing maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment.

Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment, electrical systems, mechanical systems, and PLCs.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

Experience leading, coaching, and developing maintenance teams.

Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices in an industrial setting.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Experience implementing and optimizing predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermal imaging)

Advanced proficiency with enterprise-level CMMS administration (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo)
