Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and examinations to diagnose, treat, and refer for pain-related conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients, including medication management, physical therapy, and other procedural interventions
- Perform procedures such as joint injections and trigger point injections
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Educate patients on pain management techniques and strategies for self-care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients
Qualifications:
- Valid Physician Assistant (PA) OR Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of practice
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner program
- Two (2) years experience in pain management preferable
- Strong knowledge of pain management techniques, medications, and interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
