Backend developer(Node JS & Graph QL)

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications using Node.js.

Architect and implement efficient GraphQL schemas and resolvers to support dynamic client queries.

Work on database schema design and integration with GraphQL services.

Containerize applications and services using Docker for streamlined deployment and scalability.

Collaborate with frontend developers, product owners, and DevOps engineers to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.

Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and mentor junior developers where required.

Implement unit and integration tests to ensure application quality and reliability.

Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot backend performance issues. Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

3-6 years of proven experience in backend development.

Proficiency in Node.js and its ecosystem.

Strong expertise in GraphQL schema design and implementation.

Experience in database schema design (SQL/NoSQL).

Hands-on expertise in Docker and containerization best practices.

Familiarity with microservices architecture and API-first design principles.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation is a plus.

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience with Kubernetes or other orchestration platforms.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Knowledge of REST API development alongside GraphQL.

Exposure to monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, etc.).
