Registered Nurse - Nursing Home / Skilled Nursing Unit

We seek a compassionate, dedicated RN to join our team near the scenic Southern Black Hills. This role is based in a nursing home and skilled nursing unit and is part of a respected regional healthcare system. The position focuses on delivering high-quality, resident-centered care in a long-term care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct and delegated nursing care to long-term care residents in a skilled nursing setting.

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with residents and families.

Administer medications, treatments, and therapies, including IVs and respiratory care.

Monitor resident health status and coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.

Educate residents and families on care plans, medications, and wellness.

Supervise CNAs and other staff, ensuring adherence to care standards and safety protocols.

Participate in training and quality improvement to support clinical excellence.

Lead nursing shifts and promote a supportive, team-based environment. Role Qualifications:

Active RN license in the state of South Dakota

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's degree or higher)

Strong clinical, organizational, and leadership skills

Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred but not required
