Job Title: Neurologist

Job Specialty: Neurology

Job Duration: Three-year contract structure

Shift: Day shift with negotiable schedule; on-call 10 days per month

Guaranteed Hours: Negotiable

Experience: State experience with procedures required: lumbar puncture, muscle biopsy, EEG, brain death exam, EMG, Botox

License: Ohio license required (or willingness to obtain)

Certifications: Board Eligible/Board Certified in Neurology, BLS, ACLS (by time of start)

Must-Have:

- Willingness to live within a 40-mile radius or relocate

- Visa support needs (if applicable)

Job Description:

- See 15-20 adult patients per day in an outpatient setting

- Handle 0-5% of trauma-based cases

- 95% outpatient, 5% inpatient workload

- Provide care as part of a multispecialty group practice with over 60 providers, including 21 primary care

- Collaborate with 50 physicians and 10 advanced practice providers

- Support staff includes 1 EMG technician, 1 LPN, and shared receptionist

- Access to onsite lab and X-Ray facilities

- Utilize EMR system Epic for record-keeping and patient management
