What You'll Do:

Take ownership of quarterly goals for your team, leading engineers through ambiguity and ensuring robust support throughout the delivery process.

Collaborate closely with product management, design, and analytics during the product development lifecycle to articulate technical constraints and support informed decision-making.

Proactively identify and advocate for solutions to project, process, technology, or business challenges.

Maintain operations and availability of your team's artifacts by creating and monitoring relevant metrics, escalating issues as necessary, and contributing to support efforts.

Promote a culture of quality by establishing and enhancing code review and design standards, fostering pride and ownership within the team.

Nurture talent on your team through feedback and guidance, embodying leadership by example.

What We Look For:

4+ years of software engineering experience.

Expertise in designing, developing, and launching scalable backend systems using technologies such as Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.

Experience with web app deployment using declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue.

Proven ability to define technical plans for significant features or components, ensuring elegant, simple, and extensible designs.

Skilled at implementing substantial changes within a large codebase, equipped with tools and practices ensuring safety and efficiency.

Demonstrated ownership of personal growth, actively seeking feedback from team members, managers, and stakeholders.

Strong verbal and written communication skills that facilitate effective collaboration with a global engineering team.

Base Pay Grade - N

Equity Grade - Poland 4

Base pay range per year in Poland: 301,000 PLN - 401,000 PLN.
