Integrated care model with a focus on thorough patient interaction and high quality care (10-15 daily flow) while working alongside dedicated team of Providers and support staff!

Candidates must have/obtain an active FL license, current DEA and BE/BC in FM Competitive, salaried employment pay ($220K-$275K) with full benefits including 36 days PTO,13 paid holidays, paid health/dental/vision insurance, paid CME, 4% 401K and malpractice covered.
