Job Purpose

Providing lease administration support to the Property team. Enhancing service quality and standards within a framework of customer service and cost effectiveness

Key Responsibilities

Communicating across all functional groups within Property to ensure the smooth functioning of the teams and the mitigation of risks arising from lack of information

Provide lease and tenancy management services in accordance with agreed KPI's and Service Levels

Provide assistance in updating and training property documented procedures.

Enhancing service quality and standards, and developing efficient service offerings in respect of lease management

Establishing and maintaining master property register and lease/licence/tenancies management database

Organising and maintaining documents in the clients electronic filing system

Protecting sensitive property information and ensuring the team adheres to security, compliance, legislative requirements

Provide assistance to Property Coordinators with compiling information to process briefing notes

Manage Property enquiries via email / phone calls

Qualifications

Certificate Business Administration

2 years' experience in a Real Estate or Contract Administration process environment

Ability to utilise Microsoft Office Suite (including Visio, Excel and MS Project) and record management systems to produce reports and record information to required standards.
