What You’ll Do

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our independent sales representative network within your region. You will:

Select, train, and develop independent sales representatives.

Identify and secure new business opportunities that fit TMI’s market strengths.

Provide reps with training on products, differentiation strategies, and selling approaches.

Set quotas, monitor performance, and ensure sales opportunities receive proper support.

Partner with Inside Sales to ensure accurate project kickoff and complete customer information.

Communicate customer expectations clearly to internal departments.

Ensure engineering and estimating teams have the details needed to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or DEC in Building Systems Engineering Technology.

5+ years of experience in custom engineered HVAC & Refrigeration sales.

Experience managing or selling through an independent representative network.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.

Strong bilingual communication skills (English & French preferred).

Proven ability to build relationships, present effectively, and manage details accurately.

A results-driven mindset with the ability to make sound decisions and take calculated risks.
