Job Title: Oven Operator (Entry-Level)

Schedule: Wednesday-Sat, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Training Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (2 weeks)

Pay Rate: $12.00/hour

Location: [Houston, TX 77066] Willowbrook Area

Environment: Climate-controlled, clean, and safe workplace

Job Summary:

We are seeking an entry-level Oven Operator to join our team at a filtration technology company. You’ll be responsible for operating and monitoring ovens used in the manufacturing process to ensure product quality and consistency. Full training will be provided—perfect for candidates looking to start a career in a stable, safety-first environment.Responsibilities:

Operate industrial ovens following standard operating procedures

Load and unload materials or products into ovens

Monitor temperature and baking times to ensure specifications are met

Record production data and complete basic documentation

Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Communicate with team members and supervisors about any issues or delays

Perform routine checks and report any equipment irregularitiesRequirements:

No prior experience required – we provide full training

Must be reliable with good attendance and punctuality

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs.

Must be able to work scheduled shift: Wednesday through Saturday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Must be eligible to work in the US

Bilingual (English/Spanish)
