Nights, 7 PM to 7 AM

Job Description

Join our rehab center/nursing home as a Skilled LPN. You will be responsible for providing bedside care and skilled nursing to both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents. This position requires a strong background in nursing home care and the ability to effectively manage a patient load.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and monitor patient responses

Conduct rounds and assessments for skilled and long-term care residents

Supervise and support CNAs in patient care activities

Provide wound care and other skilled nursing duties as required

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

At least 1 year of nursing home experience

Current Tennessee LPN license

BLS certification required; IV certification preferred
