ER RN Job Details

Location: Twin Falls, Idaho (Zip: 83301) – Idaho healthcare jobs

Assignment Type: Travel Nursing – Emergency Room

Setting: Emergency Department (25 beds, 3 trauma bays, 3 triage rooms)

Duration: 16 weeks (Start: 11/29/2025 – End: 3/21/2026)

Shifts: 12-hour evening shifts (start times: 1PM, 2PM, 4PM, 6PM)

Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed

Estimated Weekly Salary: $1780 - $1910

Charting System: Epic EMR

Dress Code: Navy Blue Scrubs

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active RN license – Registered Nurse

Minimum 1 year of Emergency Room nursing experience

Trauma nursing experience (MVAs, GSWs, stabbings, etc.)

Triage experience required

Previous travel nursing experience (2-3 successful assignments preferred)

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC (ENPC preferred)

Ability to titrate critical drips and perform procedural sedation for adults and pediatrics

Epic charting experience preferred

ER Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality emergency care to patients in a busy ER setting (average 109 patients/day)

Perform triage, trauma care, and manage acute and chronic conditions

Read and interpret telemetry strips

Draw labs and start IVs

Collaborate with physicians, PAs, NPs, CNAs, and other clinical team members

Float to different ER zones as needed

Participate in department support activities and assist healthcare providers

Maintain a focus on patient safety, customer service, and continuous improvement
