Customer Service Representative
Location: New Albany, OH

Responsibilities
Customer Communication & Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer calls, emails, and inquiries.
Provide clear, timely updates on orders, lead times, product information, and technical needs.
Build strong customer relationships through responsive and solution-focused communication.
Order Management & Data Entry
Enter and maintain customer orders in the MRP system with a high level of accuracy.
Review order details for completeness and ensure all requirements are clearly captured.
Track orders through fulfillment and proactively communicate any changes or delays.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams (production, logistics, sales, technical support).
Follow up internally to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and thoroughly.
Support the Customer Experience team in identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Customer Experience Ownership
Help ensure every touchpoint from order entry to post-delivery reflects NUCOATs quality standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in service, communication, and process flow.
Qualifications
Experience in customer service, order entry, inside sales, or operations support (manufacturing experience preferred).
Familiarity with MRP or ERP systems (willing to train the right candidate).
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Professional communication and the ability to handle customer issues with empathy and confidence.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
