Job Title: Database Administrator (DBA) with PL/SQL Expertise

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Onsite)

Experience: 5+ years

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, maintain, and optimize Oracle databases in production and development environments.

Develop, test, and deploy PL/SQL scripts, procedures, and packages for database operations.

Perform database performance tuning, troubleshooting, and query optimization.

Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards.

Handle database backups, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.

Collaborate with application development teams to support database-related requirements.

Monitor database health and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime.

Provide support for database migrations, upgrades, and patching. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years of experience as a DBA with strong PL/SQL development skills.

Hands-on experience with Oracle Database Administration.

Expertise in performance tuning and query optimization.

Strong understanding of backup/recovery strategies and high availability solutions.

Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
