IT Program Manager, Epic - Remote

We are looking for an IT Program Manager to work for our client. This role will lead enterprise-level Epic implementations and optimization projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering high-quality healthcare IT solutions.

Responsibilities:

Oversee Epic program management across multiple modules, driving successful delivery of complex healthcare IT initiatives

Develop and manage program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for Epic implementations and upgrades

Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to ensure Epic solutions meet organizational and regulatory requirements

Provide leadership in risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication

Ensure compliance with hospital systems standards, HIPAA, and other regulatory frameworks

Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to optimize Epic workflows Qualifications:

10+ years of project/program management experience (flexible for exceptional candidates)

Proven expertise in Epic - Inpatient with broad module experience (e.g., Willow, Beacon, Dorothy, Ambulatory, Stork, Cupid, Optime, Care Everywhere, CareConnect)

Strong understanding of hospital systems and healthcare IT environments

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
