Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday

Job Setting: Hospital

Types of Cases: Average of 15 patients per day, 12 patient encounters per shift. SBRT, VMAT and conventional radiation treatment. Facility has Elekta Versa HD Linear Accelerator, GE Discovery RT Sim, Monaco Treatment Planning System and MIMS Contouring Station.

Credentialing: 30 days Minimum Requirements

External Beam Therapy (EBRT):

Linear Accelerator - Required

Rapid Arc/VMAT - Required

Techniques:

Conventional/Conformal Therapy - Required

Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT) - Required

Image Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT) - Required

Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT) - Required

Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS) - all types - Required

Treatment Planning:

Conventional treatment planning - Required

Beam shaping (MLC) - Required

3D CRT - Required

IMRT - Required

PET CT or MRI Image Fusion - Required
