Role Overview

This full-time position is focused on delivering therapy to individuals, couples, and families. You’ll also manage accurate documentation, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and engage in ongoing training.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $115,000 - $120,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide therapy services to diverse clients

Maintain detailed and accurate client records

Work closely with other medical staff to enhance care delivery

Continue learning through professional development programs

Requirements

Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field

Active New Jersey LPC, LMFT, or LCSW license

At least 2 years of clinical experience

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Familiarity with EHR systems

Capable of working independently and within a team
