Job Summary:

PureGreen is looking for an experienced and motivated Crew Leader to manage our commercial landscape maintenance crew. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the principles of horticulture and experience leading teams of maintenance workers to provide quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the landscape maintenance crew, including scheduling, routing, and managing the workflow.

Manage the quality of work performed by the crew and ensure that it meets PureGreen standards and customer expectations.

Ensure that all crew members are properly trained, equipped, and adhere to safety standards.

Monitor inventory levels of materials, equipment, and supplies and coordinate with the operations manager to ensure that they are adequately stocked.

Conduct regular inspections of properties and ensure that all work is completed on schedule and of the highest quality.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and be responsive to their needs and requests.

Communicate effectively with other members of the PureGreen team, including sales and management personnel.

Identify opportunities for additional services and communicate these to the sales team.

Experience and Skills:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial landscaping or a similar field with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.

Knowledge of horticultural practices, including plant identification, pruning, fertilization, and pest control.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead and motivate a team to work safely, efficiently, and effectively.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.

Physical Demands:

You must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Must be able to stand for long periods.

Must be able to perform physical labor, including bending, kneeling, and reaching.

Hourly Rate: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
