Solutions Architect (CSE/A - Senior)

Job Description

Gormat is looking for a Solutions Architect with the following capabilities:

Hands on development experience using agile processes

Strong familiarity with SAFe scaled agile

Experience with system engineering life cycle methodologies

Must have background with cloud technologies

Keeps abreast of the current cloud development and devsecops cyber trends

Hands on experience leading a team of skilled engineers, architects, requirements analysts, test engineers, and Cyber practitioners in order to understand their requirements and how to best align activities with Chief Architect Objectives

Strong inter-personal skills for building relationships across the Enterprise teams

Working closely with the Chief Architect and their team, understanding and documenting the architecture and specific architectural decisions

Communicating the architecture and vision to the solution train and agile release engineers through briefings, technical exchange meetings, one-on-one interaction at planning events and Mattermost

Identify and align development and establish a technology strategy that enables programs to support current and future operational requirements

Work with program staff to understand technical needs of their programs and how to best provide support and solutions (both existing and innovative)

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline from an accredited college or university

12+ years of related hands-on experience or Master's degree with 10+ years of related hands-on experience

Certifications

AWS Certification

TS/SCI with polygraph is required.
