We are seeking a highly motivated Collections Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our mortgage collections call center. This position works in collaboration with our customer service and default teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of credit and collections procedures.
In This Role, You Will:
Develop and implement effective collection and loss mitigation strategies
Manage and supervise the collections team, providing guidance and support
Maintain accurate records of collection activities and update account information
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal regulations
Analyze collection data to identify trends and recommend process improvements

Requirements
5+ years of experience in management within a call center environment
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in mortgage operations and/or debt collection operations
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
Familiarity with call center technology
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to debt collection
