Rush City Elementary is currently seeking to fill Two qualified Paraprofessional positions. This role supports students with academic and/or emotional/behavioral needs and collaborates with staff to create a positive and effective learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to students in academic and behavioral settings.

Assist in implementing instructional and behavioral plans under the guidance of teaching staff.

Collaborate with team members to maintain a supportive and inclusive educational environment. Qualifications:

Completion of at least two years of college (60 credits) or the ability to pass the Para Educator Assessment (available locally).

Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented approach.

Experience working with students is preferred but not required. Position Details:

Schedule: 7 hours per day, Monday through Friday, aligned with student instructional days, plus designated staff training days.

Compensation: $16.09-$23.25 per hour, based on qualifications and experience. Learn more about this position here. Application Process:
