Sedaro is hiring a Senior Modeling & Simulation Engineer to build the high fidelity simulation software that powers our cutting-edge simulation platform and help transform how aerospace technology is built.

What You'll Do
As a Modeling & Simulation Engineer, you will be a hands-on individual contributor focused on expanding our platform's simulation capabilities. Your responsibilities will include:
Taking ownership of technical projects and driving development.
Developing high-fidelity simulation software and analysis tools for a diverse range of complex systems and validating these models against real-world data.
Configuring and executing large-scale multi-simulation studies that leverage cloud compute resources for uncertainty quantification, sensitivity analysis, and optimization.
Performing code review for peers and providing technical feedback and suggestions to other engineering teams to drive platform improvement.
Supporting contract meetings with technical input and demonstrations to external stakeholders.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in physics, applied math, engineering, or similar
Experience writing software to model complex physical systems
Experience with git, automated testing, and related software development tools & practices
Experience validating simulation models against real-world data
Experience with data analysis and visualization
Able to obtain a TS security clearance
