Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic PCB Account Executive to drive sales and new business development within the PCB manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated hunter who excels in building relationships and securing new logos for our company.
Compensation: $90k - $145k base DOE + Comission
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the PCB manufacturing market.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales role, preferably in the PCB or manufacturing industry.
Demonstrated success in new business development and acquiring new clients.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
