Apartment Maintenance Technician

We are hiring for an Apartment Maintenance Technician for an immediate need!

Job Responsibilities:

Must know how to repair and troubleshoot apartment home appliances.

Perform maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner.

Assist in preparing market-ready units, including removing trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, carpentry, and electrical problems, including appliance repair.

Maintain the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings and common areas.

Must have your own set of basic hand tools.
