We're looking for a curious, driven, and hands-on Engineering Intern to join our team and support exciting projects that bring innovation, efficiency, and joy to our Flavor Factory.

What You'll Do As an Engineering Intern, you'll gain exposure across multiple facets of manufacturing and operations while supporting the Engineering, Maintenance, and Manufacturing teams on projects that improve safety and productivity.
Key Responsibilities * Support capital project execution - from concept to commissioning - for process, packaging, and infrastructure initiatives.
* Partner with engineers and maintenance teams to document equipment performance, PM programs, and line layouts.
* Assist with data collection and analysis to improve reliability, efficiency, and sustainability.
* Participate in continuous improvement activities focused on reducing downtime, improving quality, and enhancing safety.
* Create or update engineering drawings, work instructions, and Torani Operating Procedures (TOPs). * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Quality, Procurement, R&D, and Supply Chain) to bring ideas from concept to reality.
* Support the East Coast facility design and startup by contributing to early layout studies, process mapping, and equipment specification.

You'll gain exposure to: * Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence frameworks * Capital project lifecycle and startup validation (CCQ - Construction, Commissioning, Qualification) * Maintenance and reliability engineering principles (TPM, CMMS, OEE) * Sustainable manufacturing and energy reduction initiatives * Collaboration across multidisciplinary teams in a growth-oriented CPG environment.
Who You Are You're a learner and builder at heart - equally comfortable analyzing data, designing systems, and getting hands-on on the plant floor.
You're curious, collaborative, and inspired by the challenge of helping a growing business get even better.
Qualifications * Recently completed B.S.
or M.S.
in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering (or related field). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and exposure to CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Genuine interest in manufacturing, process improvement, and sustainability.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
