Job Description
As a Superintendent, you'll manage all on-site activities including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, safety enforcement, and quality control. You'll serve as the primary leader on the jobsite, ensuring smooth communication between field teams, project managers, and clients.
Projects may include warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and commercial spaces. The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience supervising construction projects, with a focus on light industrial or commercial builds. They excel at managing field crews, enforcing safety standards, and maintaining project schedules.
Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, along with proficiency in construction management software. Experience with tilt-up, PEMB, or interior renovation projects is preferred.
