Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor based in Kolkata. The Career Counselor will assist students in planning their academic and career paths, providing personalized counseling and guidance. Responsibilities include supporting students in career exploration, offering advice on course selection, helping them navigate application processes, and equipping them with skills for career management. Collaborating with other team members to ensure comprehensive service is also a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management

Experience in Student Counseling and guiding students to make informed academic and career choices

Should be fluent in English, Hindi and Bengali

Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with students and other stakeholders

Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and ability to motivate and inspire individuals

Familiarity with academic programs, admission procedures, and career pathways

Previous experience in education, counseling, or related domains is an advantage
