Position Summary
1. Identify sales opportunities and maximize orders through technical sales activities for B2B customers on the company's products and services.
2. Improve customer satisfaction and receive more orders by offering timely response to the technical issues that may arise during technical sales activities.
Role and Responsibilities
Research, design, and install HVAC mechanical equipment to meet client’s requirements in both large and small projects.
Consult on HVAC system and equipment design for a wide range of projects.
Analyze HVAC systems and equipment when necessary to find inefficiencies or malfunctions and create solutions to optimize performance.
Communicate directly with customers to understand project requirements, goals, design specifications, feasibility.
Serve as project leader to coordinate efforts of relevant person during all project phases.
Perform other duties assigned by supervisor or manager
Skills and Qualifications
Qualification
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical/mechanical building engineering environment with preferably HVAC knowledge.
Bachelor degree of Engineering or an equivalent in HVAC working experience.
strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
Proven experience as an HVAC system in commercial /industrial Engineer or similar roles.
Excellent in problem solving.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
