Senior North American Payroll Specialist

This position provides an opportunity to be an integral part in the company's payroll function and support global teams.About the RoleThis role requires hands-on experience with high-volume payroll processing.

This role reports directly to the Global Payroll Manager.ResponsibilitiesProcess bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly payrolls for a growing retail company throughout Canada, US, LATAM and Mexico.End-to-end payroll processing for 1000+ employees.Must be comfortable overseeing hourly, salaried and unionized payroll cycle for the organization.Year-end reconciliation and submission of source deductions, WSIB, EHT etc.Ensure that all necessary government filings and remittances are made in a timely manner.Report and reconciliation, post to GL and assist finance with payroll accounting.QualificationsIdeally 3-5 years of experience processing high-volume North American and Global payroll.PCP or PLP certification an asset.Strong understanding of ADP WFNOrganized and possess a strong attention to detail.Can work in a collaborative environment & independently.Can work in a fast-paced environment.Required SkillsHands-on experience with high-volume payroll processing.Strong understanding of payroll systems.Attention to detail and organizational skills.Very strong Excel skillsPreferred SkillsPCP or PLP certification.Experience with ADP WFNPay range and compensation package$120,000
