ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

Proven configuration skills in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.

Learning and talent development process knowledge.

Routinized use of JIRA / xRay / Confluence.

Exposure to Agile methodologies.

Strong commitment to qualityADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS:

Technical knowledge in other SAP SuccessFactors modules (especially EC).

Familiarity with SuccessFactors Reporting tools (especially Story Reporting).

Experience with Talent Intelligence Hub and Growth Portfolio.

Proficient in Application Testing for SuccessFactors.

Exposure to multinational work environments.

Good attention to detail with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.QUALIFICATIONS:

SAP SuccessFactors certification in any of the modules is a bonus.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors configuration work.
