Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Patient Volume: 18-22 patients/day

Practice Scope:

Well-child exams

Immunizations

ADHD treatment

Sports physicals

Adolescent health programs

Team: Join a collaborative group of Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Pediatrics (including 1 PNP), and APPs

Call: No inpatient call

Outreach: None

EMR: Epic Practice Environment

Established and growing practice

Strong community involvement encouraged

Collaborative with local schools and families
