The part you’ll play
A true subject-matter expert, you’ll help to give us the financial foundations we need to deliver our promise to be forever caring. You’ll own the end-to-end accounting and reporting activities for dedicated legal entities – ensuring the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of our financial records.
Key challenges will include:
Working with country accountants and general ledger associates to deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
Securing compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local statutory requirements
Navigating complex accounting scenarios and ensuring alignment with global standards
Driving the delivery of external audits
Ensuring the integrity of our balance sheet
Providing insight, updates and expert guidance to colleagues across the business
Mentoring junior team members and acting as a backup for the RTR Team Lead
The skills and experience you‘ll bring
A seasoned accounting professional with a proactive mindset and a deep understanding of IFRS, you’re ready to make the impact we need. You have:
a broad base of accounting, tax and finance experience
a Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting, ideally with an additional accounting certification
a background in working with IFRS and local standards
the ability to communicate complex financial information to a range of audiences
a positive approach to solving problems and working in a team
an analytical, precise and hands-on approach to your work
a sound understanding of MS Office and, ideally, SAP
a fluent command of English.
