What you do
Prepare, verify and file customer documentation
Create and process sales orders and change requests in the SAP/CRM system
Coordinate provisioning and mobile activations, SIM inventory and number porting
Track order status, escalate exceptions, and ensure on-time delivery
Support sales and account teams with quotes, order validation, reporting and ad hoc operational tasks
Maintain accurate archives and records, update customer accounts and billing details
What you offer
Technical proficiency to effectively assist the sales team and manage client relationships
CRM Software proficiency & Telco experience would be plus
Follow company procedures and meet deadlines
Proficiency in core computer skills (Microsoft Office)
