Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate projects within the purchasing automation roadmap.
Work closely with business owners and IT teams to define scope, requirements, and deliverables.
Prepare and maintain project documentation (charters, plans, status reports).
Manage stakeholder communication and ensure transparency across all levels.
Facilitate collaboration between IT and business functions to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies, and escalate as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience in program/project management in a global, cross-functional environment.
Strong understanding of IT systems and procurement processes.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
