Internship - Digital Engineer for Industrial Metaverse (m/f/d)

This position can be filled from January 2026 for a period of 3 to 6 months.

Your Key Responsibilities

Involvement in the development and analysis of innovative production and lo-gistics concepts in the department ‘Advanced Production Concepts’

Conception and development of digital tools in the context of efficient digital engineering for production design (incl. logistics)

Support in the realization of autonomous use cases in the 'Production Technolo-gy & Innovation Center'

Research and systematic preparation of information with a focus on (semi-) au-tonomous production design, planning and control

Support in day-to-day operations and projects

Your Qualifications

Academic background in production technology, logistics, computer science or a related field

Proficient in programming languages such as Phyton, C, C++

Basic understanding of 'Digital Engineering' including the use of relevant soft-ware, e.g., 3DExperience, Visual Components, NVIDIA Omniverse desirable

Very good skills in MS Office

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English

Strong initiative coupled with analytical and organizational abilities

Independent, accurate and structured way of working
