We are seeking a talented Online Education Manager to grow with our team and help elevate our online English education services.

Terms of Employment Salary: PHP 16,000–27,000 per month Work Arrangement: 100% Remote Work Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 PM–9:00 PM (PHT) Salary Review: Conducted biannually, with the opportunity for up to a 30% increase Full-time Conversion: Possible after 6 months, based on performance Paid Training: 2-week paid training period Daily rate: PHP 250–600 2.

Key Responsibilities Recruit, train, and oversee the performance of online English instructors Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance Participate in the planning and improvement of the operational platform Create, review, and enhance English educational content 3.

Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in team or project management Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university Must have a stable remote work setup (reliable internet, PC/laptop, etc.) 4.
