We are seeking an experienced General Manager for 4 star Hotel Situated in Manama.
The ideal Candidate will have 5 to 10 years experience in the Hotel Industry.
The Ideal Candidate will have an Extensive record operating within GCC and Middle Eastern Territories.
Key Responsibilities : Operations Management :Overseeing day to day Operations across all Departments.
Financial Management : Developing and Managing the Hotel's budget, monitoring expenses, and maximizing revenue to achieve profitability.
Leadership : Ability to motivate and inspire staff, delegate tasks effectively, and make Sound decisions.
Strategic Planning : Developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue, improve guest satisfaction and enhance the hotel's overall performance.
Compliance : Ensuring the hotel complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
Relationship Management : Building and Maintaining positive relationships with guest and vendors.
Collaborate with external parties such as suppliers, travel agencies, event / conference planners etc.
Problem solving : Addressing and resolving any operational issues or challenges that may arise.
Property Maintenance : Overseeing the upkeep and maintenance of the hotel's facilities and equipment.
