Job Description

Location: Northwest Arkansas (Fayetteville / Bentonville / Rogers) — Mobile Detailing

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, primarily Mon–Fri; weekend work as needed

As an Aircraft Detailer you will perform interior and exterior detailing services to RealClean standards, work closely with your team to complete jobs on time, follow safety protocols, and represent the company professionally at client sites and airports. This position is subject to the FAA Drug and Alcohol Testing Program.

Key Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of detailing services including exterior wet/dry wash, waxing, paint revitalization; brightwork metal polishing and de-ice boot refurbishment; full interior detailing, leather cleaning/conditioning; carpet and upholstery extraction and stain removal; lavatory and galley sanitation; wood and trim polishing

Work closely with your team to complete each job on time and to company standards

Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE

Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

Represent the company professionally at client and airport sites

Report issues, defects, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly

What We’re Looking For

Hard-working, detail-oriented, and takes pride in workmanship

Team player who follows SOPs and safety protocols

Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, kneel, bend, and stand for extended periods

Experience in detailing, janitorial/cleaning services, or aviation preferred but not required

Valid driver’s license and legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends

Ability to pass FAA-mandated drug and background checks

Comfortable traveling occasionally for assignments (company covers travel costs)

Nice to Have (add if available)

Experience operating lift equipment (scissor lifts, boom lifts, aerial work platforms) and working safely at height

OSHA 10/30 or aerial lift/fall-protection training certifications

Experience with power washers, polishers/buffers, and extraction machinesCompany Description
